The Application
When we say "we are doing church differently in Haiti," we're not only talking about a unique PLACE that addresses their spiritual needs, but as a COMMUNITY that exposes these young people to the Gospel of Jesus Christ by connecting with and representing them in what they need, want, and hope for.
For young Haitians, "life" looks much different than it does in more developed countries. While we know true hope comes from Christ alone, we also know that education, a job, dignity, and sustainability are a part of realizing hope in daily life.
Community Life Centers of Haiti offers support to the community by providing resources and assistance in many areas.
Community is the thread that weaves the people of Haiti together. Our goal is to encourage that by creating an environment where young people feel safe, where they feel loved, and where they can just BE young people!
**We have purchased land and will be sharing our vision and need for this soon.**
Community Life Centers of Haiti will be a place that works in and through the community in ways that are specific to that community. The young people will enjoy:
- Safe Hangout Space
- Internet Access
- Sports Fields
- Snack Shop
- Special Events (Movies, Concerts)
- Cultural Exposure
